Views from atop my home

That's the magnificent Golconda fort shot at dusk from atop my home. This pic seems to reiterate the old saying "Old order changeth yielding place to new." The fort which once boasted of acoustic implements that enabled security guards at the fort’s main gate to clap and intimate the men at the top about the happenings at the base, is now dwarfed and pushed to the background by a modern cell phone tower.

The pic you see below is of the famous Qutub Shahi tombs, built for the Nizam rulers of erstwhile Hyderabad.
